Sometimes, I come across articles that are written in the spirit of what Being Artemis is about. Instead, of reinventing the wheel, I find it a better idea to reblog what is already written from this fabulous site called Truly Mind.
Especially when it comes to challenges like this one. One way I have learned to make life a whole lot better is being accountable (even if only to myself) on certain tasks and making lists. Does it always work? No. That’s why we get a new day, week, month, etc. to start over.
My current 100 day plan is twofold. First, I am going to follow at least a few of these items in the following article. Next, I will be posting on Being Artemis’s Facebook page about #100daysofhappy. The same way that Peter Jones at How to Do Everything and Be Happy has been doing on his Facebook. Let me know if you plan on joining either one of the challenges.
